Where do you source your products?

All crystal products are hand selected at gem shows, by Elizabeth (founder)

How long will it take for my order to be packaged after checkout?

All orders are packaged within 2-6 business days, unless otherwise stated! Most packages should arrive within 2-10 business days, once your package has shipped. Please allow up to 15 days to receive your items. If you haven't received your items within 16 days from shipping date, please contact us at Metamorphicmoonsl@gmail.com OR on Instagram via @metamorphicmoons

Where can I find tracking information?

Tracking information will usually be available through the email that was given during checkout. All update information about your package will be sent directly to your email. Please check all folders, including spam. 

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges?

BrokenDoll Shop does NOT offer refunds/returns or exchanges! Unless, the product was faulty, or it was Metamorphic Moons wrong doing. All sales are final! If you received a broken, missing, or different item than you ordered, please contact us at metamorphicmoon.com OR on Instagram via @Metamophicmoons within 48 hours of receiving your order. Everything will always be handled case by case. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS for more information.
